By placing an order with Tacony Library, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during our regular business hours:
Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Destinations
Tacony Library currently ships to addresses throughout the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Shipping Methods

Tacony Library is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
