At Tacony Library, we are committed to delivering your books quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and other important shipping information.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday).
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, as well as orders placed on Sundays or public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (Monday through Saturday), depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, including 1–2 business days for order processing and 3–5 business days for shipping.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or periods of high shipping demand.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden shipping fees, and the total shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Destinations
Tacony Library currently ships to addresses throughout the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If we expand our shipping services in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- High order volumes during holidays or promotional events
- Shipping carrier delays
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances
If your shipment experiences an unusual delay, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your order before it ships; however, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.
Tacony Library is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, Tacony Library cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing help@taconylibrary.com.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
